Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered. By completing checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal no longer applies once the files have been delivered.

Limited Exceptions

We want every customer to actually receive what they paid for. We will consider a replacement or refund in these limited situations:

• Technical failure — if your files are corrupted, a download link is broken, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it (usually with a working replacement).
• Billing error — duplicate charges or an accidental purchase will be fully refunded on request.

How to Request Help

Email redneck.support@gmail.com with:

• Your order ID or the email address used at checkout,
• A short description of the issue, and
• A screenshot if relevant.

We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.
